	Beetroot ''Boltardy'' Bolt-resistant with good internal colour; multi-sown. Deep burgundy leaves and a pleasant, mild flavour. Pick the leaves as soon as they reach a suitable size. 	Land Cress Flavour is very similar to watercress, though the leaves are coarser. Remains green all winter. Similar in habit to water cress but does not require much water.Tasty addition to winter salads. Very hardy

	Garlic 'Messidrome' (Organic) French white skinned variety with pink cloves for autumn planting. Most commercially grown garlic is of the softneck type. This means that it does not produce a flowering stalk. Softnecks tend to have more, but smaller, cloves and a longer shelf-life than the hardnecks. 	Garlic 'Printanor' Unfortunately there has been a crop failure with the organic garlic therefore we are only able to offer conventional Printanor for January delivery.
